Saniya & Sankalp Wedding

WEDDING RITUALS

Our wedding celebrations bring together sacred Vedic traditions, family blessings, and joyful customs that symbolize the union of two lives and two families. Each ritual reflects harmony, responsibility, devotion, and shared purpose.

RITUALS CONDUCTED PRIOR TO THE WEDDING

MUHURAT (Wedding Ceremony)

The Muhurat marks the most sacred moment of the wedding, where the couple ties the knot in the presence of family, traditions, and divine blessings. Rooted in Vedic rituals, this ceremony symbolizes the union of two souls, guided by sacred chants, fire rituals (Agni), and timeless customs. Every step—from Kanyadaan to Mangalsutra tying—represents commitment, love, and a lifelong bond.

MEHENDI

The Mehendi ceremony is a joyful pre-wedding celebration filled with laughter, music, and vibrant colors. Intricate henna designs are applied on the bride’s hands and feet, symbolizing beauty, prosperity, and love. Surrounded by friends and family, this event is all about fun, dance, and creating unforgettable memories.

GHAR KI HALDI

A heartfelt and intimate ritual, Ghar Ki Haldi is performed at home with close family members. Turmeric paste is applied to the bride and groom to cleanse, purify, and bless them before the wedding. This ceremony is filled with emotional warmth, playful moments, and traditional charm.

PHOOLON KI HALDI

Phoolon Ki Haldi is a more vibrant and aesthetic version of the haldi ceremony, where flowers replace turmeric or are used alongside it. It adds a refreshing, colorful, and fragrant touch to the celebration, making it visually stunning and full of joyful energy.

SUNDOWNER SANGEET

The Sundowner Sangeet is an evening of music, dance, and celebration as the sun sets. Friends and family come together to perform, celebrate the couple’s journey, and create a lively atmosphere filled with energy and entertainment.

THE BIG DAY – WEDDING

The wedding day is the grand culmination of all celebrations, where traditions, emotions, and rituals come together in a beautiful union. From the baraat to the pheras, every moment is deeply symbolic and unforgettable, marking the beginning of a new journey together.

AFTER PARTY

The After Party is where the celebrations continue in a more relaxed and fun-filled way. It’s a time to unwind, dance freely, and celebrate love with close friends and family after the formal ceremonies are complete.
